Accountability and Encouragement

Let’s be honest, some of us need that added impetus of accountability to make sure that we move ahead with the specific actions we know we need to take. It’s one thing to come up with a great business vision and strategy, but it’s something else altogether to actually follow the plan. For some leaders, there’s nothing like having someone “hold their feet to the fire” with regard to plans, actions, and execution.
