If you’re looking to significantly grow your business and extend your impact, you may have some pretty specific goals in mind. How are you doing when it comes to actually reachingthose goals? A lot of business leaders know what they want to do—but they’re not sure how to get there. That’s where a great business coach can be invaluable. A business coach can help you reach your goals by showing you where you are.

Are You Here Versus You Are Here
As I’ve met with scores of clients over the years, I’ve discovered that a lot of them really don’t have a clear picture or understanding of where their businesses really are. They often think their businesses are operating at a certain level when they’re not.

They assume they have a clear vision and business strategy—but in fact, it’s kind of fuzzy. They believe that they are doing a good job of hiring the right people, but their track record says otherwise. They’re convinced that they are operating efficiently and executing according to plan—but the books tell a different story. They think that if they just had an infusion of cash, they’d be able to achieve what they want—but they’re really not maximizing the cash they have right now.

Often, business leaders know that they need to make some changes. They need to transform their businessesin order to achieve their goals. But here’s the problem: They don’t know what to change because they don’t have a firm grip on where they are right now. They can’t get to “Point B” because they don’t know where “Point A” is.

Where Are You in Key Areas of Your Business?
If you truly want to transform your business and take it to new levels you have to master certain areas of business. The best-selling Rockefeller Habits identifies four key areas of focus: People; Strategy; Execution; and Cash. Do you reallyknow how you’re doing in those key areas?

Fortunately, there’s an easy way to find out—and at least give you a baseline understanding of where you are and what you need to work on. The orange “ASSESSMENT” button below will take you to a short (5 minutes is all it takes) assessment exercise that will give you a pretty clear idea of where your company (and you personally) stand in these four areas.

Once you’ve figured out where you are, you can begin to take concrete steps to make the necessary changes. As a business coach, I can help you identify specific actions you need to work on in hiring the right people; in setting your business strategy; in improving your execution; and in getting a grip on your cash.

You can’t get there from here unless you know where “here” is. I encourage you to take 5 minutes to figure out exactly where you are. Then we can work together to help you get where you want to go!
